Abstract
This research aims to look into the connection between servant leadership and project success in organizations whose very existence is dependent on project performance. This research aims to see if information exchange mediates the relationship between servant leadership and project success. For convenience, the samples were selected at random. A total of 332 project workers were interviewed. The statistics came from the Pakistani cities of Mardan and Nowshera. The data were tested for association, reliability, and regression using SPSS. According to the statistics, servant leadership and project performance have a strong and positive relationship. The performance of a project can be directly attributed to a leader's servant-leadership style when he or she is ready to share pertinent information with team members. According to the results, meek leadership and open communication are critical to project performance.
