International Review of Basic and Applied Sciences (IRBAS) is now HEC recognized in category Y. The Higher Education Commission (HEC), is an independent, autonomous, and statutory institution of primary funding, overseeing, regulating, and accrediting research and the higher education institutions in Pakistan. HEC Pakistan has introduced new journal recognition system called HJRS. International Review of Basic and Applied Sciences (IRBAS) has been recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan in Category "Y" in HJRS from July 1st 2022 till 30th June 2023.

Academy of IRMBR journals are open access, Double blind peer-reviewed and refereed research journals published on monthly and quarterly. The editorial board is recruiting reviewers for the journal.
