The Significance of Financial Self-Efficacy in Explaining Womens Personal Finance Behavior in Education Sector of Pakistan

They have many policy to place to improve the financial individual knowledge & literacy and through education program (financial). Whenever manage individual personal finance have greater then financial knowledge and literacy, one have also need of a sense of self-assuredness in the personal ability. In this paper examines the significance self-efficacy in explaining their woman personal finance behavior, through the application of psychometric instrument. Using questionnaires which adopted that collected data from respondent one by one. The population in which data is collected is 150 individual female that are from education sector, banking sector and health sector. In this study use the SPSS software to entry and analysis the data for interpretation. Financial self-efficacy which have the strongest present of the type and number of financial products that which woman holds, our analysis is more financial self-efficacy- that have higher self-assuredness in financial capacities of management. The more important which include investment, personal loan and mortgage likely to debt- related products. Have many other factors that are used to measure and improve the individual finance behavior in future such as individual education and individual household income. Impact of Job Stress on Consumer Satisfaction with Role of Mediating Variables (Employee Satisfaction and Employee Performance): A Study of Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122) Okara, Pakistan

This study investigate the impact of stress on employees and on customer's satisfaction and dissatisfaction. The researcher based on explanatory method. The study is conduct from entire population of OKARA region and using stratified sampling method. Sample size is 100 employees of Rescue 1122. Questionnaire is adopt to collect data from respondent.SPSS2 used for statistical data analysis. The study supports the various factors of job stress has the most significant and strong impact on employee satisfaction. This study investigate there is positive relationship between employee performance, employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction with job stress. Due to lack of resources and time only okara region is focus in this study but in future the comparison analysis of two cities services of 1122 is also can be analyzed. Key Words: Fake Calls, Extra Working Hours, Low Salaries, Employee Satisfaction, and Employee Performance.

Customer Satisfaction on Islamic Banking in Okara, Punjab, Pakistan

Developing countries depends upon financial institution for running and raising capital, but banks are playing vital role in economy of the country. Since late 1990’s entry of the foreign investors and banks created competition environment and main focus on customer satisfaction through service quality. Services quality is the major key factor to compete in the banking industry. Competitor try the best to fulfill customer satisfactions in this sector. The objective of this study is to explore the relationship between customer satisfaction and service quality of Islamic banking in Okara Pakistan. A survey method used for collection of data from customer of Islamic banks, male and female. For analysis of data used SPSS software. There is a positive relationship between customer satisfaction and providing good service quality of bank, image of bank as goodwill, and accessibility of the bank. Impact of E-Learning on Student Performance in Educational Institution of Okara Pakistan

The researcher in this study intended to study the impact of E-learning on student performance and tried to identify the components that affect the academic achievement. E-leaning is getting information from internet through use of electronic technology. Attitude towards use, training and information, technology acceptance are independent variables while student’s academic achievement is taken as dependent variable. This study is of descriptive nature and the researcher use questionnaire to collect data from the desired population. Virtual university Okara Campus and UCMT Okara are targeted areas of this study. The population size is taken as 100 out of which 44% were male respondents and 56% were female respondents. Researcher use statistical package for social sciences SPSS. The Chronbach’s Alpha is 0.982 which shows excellent relationship between variables. Correlation and regression analysis are also conducted to view the relationship between variables and their impact on one another. There is positive correlation between attitude towards e-learning and student’s achievement also training and information are positively correlated with performance. The results show that there is positive relationship between student’s performance and their attitude towards using E-learning. On the other hand technology acceptance also leads to positive academic achievement for a student. Researcher recommended that, attitude towards e-learning influence performance so there is need to improve attitude towards intended use of learning. Training and information sessions on e-learning also have primary importance on how the e-learning technology can help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of students’ learning process.
