Co-Education and Its Association With Self-Esteem and Academic Achievement Among Girls: An Investigation From University Students.

Abstract
Co-education has become one of the primary instrument of education in every country and same is the case with Pakistan where co-education is taught at a higher level as most of the higher education institutions are teaching in this manner. Co-education and related aspect such as academic achievement and selfesteem of the female students are important aspects of social science research. The current study is conducted to find out how co-education is related with academic achievement and self-esteem of the female students. Quantitative research was conducted from 100 students were selected through random sampling. The data was analyzed with SPSS latest version and regression analysis was analyzed to find out the relationship between the variables. The study concluded that a positive relationship exists between independent and dependent variables. Increase in academic achieving and self-esteem increase the perception about co-education.
