Prevalence of Narcissistic Personality Disorder among the Use of Social Media in Government College University Faisalabad.

Abstract
The major purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between prevalence symptom of narcissism personality disorder (NPD) and use of social media among university students. A close ended questionnaire was used to examine the use of social media among the Government College University Faisalabad students included in the sample by using multistage sampling. Total 800 students from different disciplines included in the study. Narcissistic Personality Inventory (NPI) was used to assess the prevalence of NPD symptoms among the participants. Narcissistic personality disorder does the strong level influence whose students use social media for self-projection and political uses. In fact, they have high level of self-esteem and to security self-control display serious narcissism personality disorder. Those students use social media for academic purpose, recreational and religious purposes they have low level impact of narcissism personality disorder.
