Abstract
This paper presents an analysis of Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of a factory; calculating the actual manufacturing time of specified machine: Kiln, Crusher, Cement mill, and Raw press. An attempt has been done to measure existing overall equipment effectiveness of machinery processes working at desired conditions and ensure; measured the availability, performance rate and quality rate of existing system. For purpose to utilize the existing machinery at their productive capacity to achieve world class standard of OEE. The full factorial of availability, performance rate and quality rate resulted into optimized result, however, critical factor are observed. Significance of each factor is indicated by P-value and F-values in the given analysis. Finally, optimized values of OEE, Kiln 97.56%, Crusher 35.57%, Cement mill 96.1% and Raw press 90.58%. Optimized values create a presentation model in form simulated result output is useful information to industry.
