Title Factors Associated with Health Behaviors in Pakistan: A Review

Abstract

This paper will demonstrate the factors associated with health behaviors in Pakistan and also articulate the hurdles in opting these behaviors. It will indicate the working of policy makers in shaping and enforcing the promotion of health behaviors. Further discussion of the factors like psychological, social, economic, cultural, political, environmental, educational, religious, myths and superstitions will be included. It will highlight the efforts of the government in developing the required awareness in people and also how the government is coping with all the challenges related to fake news and myths. The healthcare system of Pakistan is a complex one and government has implemented many policies from time to time for the successful delivery of health opportunities. Every now and then the people showed infirm behaviors and the government was also unsuccessful to some extent in delivering effective healthcare. This write-up will assess those factors which are responsible for resisting the promotion of health behaviors in Pakistan. Lastly, it will discuss factors associated with health behaviors in Pakistan.
