AuthorsKHURSHID AHMAD, ABDUL AHAD ABRO, MUHAMMAD AKHTER ARAIN and SHAYAN AHMED
Abstract

The current investigation was quantitative in nature, and its purpose was to research the fear of Terrorism among students as well as the psychological repercussions of that dread. The research for the study was carried out with the help of a questionnaire containing closed-ended questions, and it was delivered to the students of Sindh University in Jamshoro. The results of the current study showed that the fear of Terrorism is quite widespread among students and that this dread also impacts the students' psychological well-being. It also revealed that continuous media coverage of terrorist attacks is another cause of fear among students. The study also offered suggestions for the maintenance of psychological well-being. It indicated that formal education programs and extracurricular activities should be tailored specifically to the requirements of young people so that they can overcome the detrimental impacts of terrorism fear on their mental health.
