The Impact of Debt Structure on Firm Investments in Banking Sectors: Empirical Evidence from Pakistan

The main purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of organization obligate is effect on the firm investments in Pakistan. In this research paper appear the all the ratio and ratios are shows the positive effect between organization structure and firm investments. This studies influence relatively strength for companies with more opportunity and high growth with compare to companies is low growth opportunities. Sustainability with consistent review is find out the client and providing more help in higher level of organization and provide long term obligates in total obligates of the organization is decrease the total investment of the organization and higher opportunity of growth. Impact of Financial Incentives as well as Moral Support on the Level of Employee’s Efforts Towards Job Performance: Educational Sector of Pakistan

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship among the financial incentives, moral support and employee’s level of performance in COMSATS Institute of management sciences Sahiwal (Punjab) Pakistan. The data was collected through questionnaire on five point Likert scale from 100 respondent conveniently from COMSATS Institute of Management and Technology Sahiwal (Punjab) Pakistan. Data was collected from the employees of this University. This is a descriptive study depend upon the target population of COMSATS Institute of Management and Technology. Simple random sampling techniques was used to collect data and sample size was 100.data collection method was survey and data collection instrument was questionnaire. This study was conducted in (Educational sector) Pakistan. Correlation and regression were used as statistical test of data. Through analysis it was found that financial incentives and moral support had a strong positive relationship among the enhancement of employee’s performance. Software: SPSS (statistical package for social sciences) was used for data analysis. Key Words: Financial Incentives, Moral Support and Employee Performance Level.

Impact of Conflict Management on Employees’ Performance

The purpose of study is to examine the impact of conflict management on employee performance. In all organizations there are many conflicts between management and employees. These conflicts can be reduced up to some extent and these are cannot be totally removed because there is nothing everything is perfect in this world. Communication system is so good and the employees are satisfied within this system If these things can be improved then employees will be satisfied and then there will be increased their performance. For this study independent variable was conflict management and effective communication. And dependent variable was employee performance.in this paper Sample size use in this paper is 70. In research paper population is 200 of Mitchell’s fruit farms organization. Data is collected through Questionnaire. For data analysis SPSS software is used. Effective communication has significant impact on employee performance. Conflict management has no significant impact on employee performance. Key Words: Conflict Management, Effective Communication, Employee Performance, Employee Satisfaction.

Impact of Brand Quality and Brand Name on Brand Experience in Garments Sector of Pakistan

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among the brand quality, brand name and brand experience. In this study brand quality and brand name are the independent variables and brand experience is dependent variable. This study is the quantitative research. Questionnaire used for data collection and data collection involve in the Garments sector of Pakistan. In this study sample size of 100 customers of the Shirt and Tie Shop Garments sector of the Pakistan used. Different data analysis used in this study. Brand quality and brand name have positive impact on brand experience. This study directed in the relation of Pakistan. It resulted that brand quality and brand name have significant impact on brand experience. Key Words: Brand Quality, Brand Name, Brand Experience, Pakistan.

Customer Satisfaction toward Islamic Banking and Conventional Banking in Pakistan

The main purpose of this research paper is to measure the level of satisfaction of an individual toward Islamic and conventional banking in Pakistan. Pakistan’s banking sector includes commercial banks, Islamic bank’s micro finance banks and industrial banks etc. This is a descriptive research, and we have some questions for interviews that are relevant to our research. Population that is used in this research is taken from conventional banks as well as Islamic banks in Pakistan. For this research sample of 80 people is selected. We use two group of banks, Islamic and conventional banks. Simple random sampling is used from each group of banks to evaluate responses. Through personal contact collect responses from respondents. Cities that were used for data collection is Okara. Data were collected from these banks, Dubai Islamic bank, Meezan bank, Burj bank, Dawood Islamic bank, bank Islamia and AL Baraka bank Islamic bank limited. Habib bank, national bank, Muslim commercial bank, Askari bank and bank Alfalah. Questions were asked from respondents relevant to service quality of these banks. Correlation and regression are used as statistical tool to prove variables. Software; SPSS (statistical package for social sciences) was used for data analysis. Through analysis it was found that Islamic banking and conventional banking has a strong positive relationship between customer satisfactions. Key Words: Islamic Banking, Conventional Banking, Customer Satisfaction.
