Does Academic Achievement Can Effect School Performance of the Student

The purpose of this research is to explore the impact of Home environment, socioeconomic status, Family income and student performance. The paper begins with a comprehensive review of the literature Home environment, and student performance. Data was collected from 200 student study in the school private and government school in okara. Cronbach analysis were carried out to check the validity and reliability of scale: Correlation analysis and regression analysis were also conduct to test hypothesis. Empirical evidence proved that there is exist significance or strong positive relationship between home environment, socioeconomic status, family income, and student performance. Results also show highly significance strong positive Home environment and student performance. The strong or highly relationship between socioeconomic status Family income with student performance .All independent variable home environment, socioeconomic status, Family income and dependent variable student performance. The finding are limited to some extend by the sample size was also limitation because of shortage of time and resources constraints. More school and classes may be include under study to generalize the study. Furthermore variable might be included signify this model. The paper provide the evidence that will help school sector were understand the importance of home environment Family income better to increase the student performance. Key Words: Family Relation, Family Size, Student Achievement.

Impact of Employees Turnover in Organization: A Study of Educational institutions in Okara Pakistan

The purpose of this study is to reduce the employee’s turnover in the organization .Four variables are use dependent and independent variables. To determine the relationship of the employees turnover and independent variables (work environment, job security, lack of promotion). The data is collect from different organizations at Okara. There are three different sectors are used Nemat factory, Ice factory, Mitchell’s factory. For data analyzing SPSS software was use. In this study 250 population size is use. The sample size of 200 employees were randomly selected from the study Positive and significant relationship between work environment, job security, lack of promotion and employees turnover. The management of this sector should work on employee’s turnover. With the shortage of time we should use random sampling. Lack of promotion as also main main cause of employee’s turnover. Management of this sector should work on the promotion and protection of the employees. Timely services should be provide to the employees. If services not provide to the employees then that will negative effect on the organization and on employees work performance. To improve the relations with employees and to reduce the turnover of employees in the organization. Key Words: Work Environment, Job Security, Lack of Promotion, Employees Turnover.

Impact of Training on Employee Performance: A Study of Pharmaceuticals Companies in District Okara

The purpose of study is to find out the relationship between training of employee and employee performance, in this study findings how much employee training impact on employee performance. In this research study the quantitative research. Instrument used for the research is questionnaire. Data collected from okara pharmaceuticals employee .sample size is 150. SPSS 20 use for data analysis. The significance of study in Pakistan employee of pharmaceuticals companies how the training effect on employee performance. Impact of Stress Management on Employee’s Performance in Small Industries of Pakistan

Stress management refers to the widespread variety of techniques and analyses purpose at controlling a person's levels of stress, especially lasting stress, usually for the purpose of improving everyday functioning.in this research paper researcher collect data from 100 respondents of small industries employees and data is analyze by using the SPSS software. The results shows that there is significant and positive relationship among employee performance, work demand and employee development with stress management. Key Words: Stress Management, Employees, Performance Small Industries.
